Fujian Jinghui Environmental Technology has manufactured infrared heaters since 2006 — for our own catalogue and for importers who put their name on the carton.
Short answer: We supply far-infrared heaters from 1.0 kW to 4.0 kW under private label or as ODM development, with CE / CB / SAA / EMC / RoHS / SASO documentation, ISO 9001:2015 production and 10,000+ units per month capacity. Pricing, minimum order and lead time are quoted per project against the model and the destination market.
What we can change for you
Private label
Your brand on the product, the carton and the manual. Artwork files, nameplate and carton dieline are handled as part of the order; no separate tooling for a standard model.
Voltage and plug configuration
220–240 V 50/60 Hz is standard; 380 V for the 4.0 kW model. Plugs, cable length and market-specific labelling are set per destination at order stage.
Controller and feature variants
Switch, remote or Tuya WiFi control; four power levels on the 13W series. Feature sets are fixed per model, so customisation is a selection conversation, not a redesign.
ODM development
Where an existing model does not fit, we develop from the heating element outward. Thirty-plus patents and an in-house engineering team support the work; timelines depend on scope and tooling.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for an OEM programme?
It depends on the model and how far the customisation goes — a private-label carton is a different project from a voltage variant or a new controller. Send the model and the change you need, and the minimum is quoted together with any tooling or artwork cost.
Can you print our logo on the heater and the packaging?
Yes. Nameplate branding, carton printing and manual localisation are handled as part of a private-label order. You supply the artwork files and we return a proof for approval before production.
Do you support certification for our market?
Our units carry CE, CB, SAA, EMC, RoHS, SASO and CCC, with ISO 9001:2015 for the factory. Certificates are issued for specific models and configurations, so we confirm the applicable documents against your destination and model before the order is placed.
Can you produce a model that is not in your catalogue?
For ODM projects, yes, within the limits of our element and housing capability. Scope, tooling and timeline are set after a technical review. Where a request falls outside what we build well, we say so rather than accept an order we cannot support.
How do you handle quality control before shipment?
Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 process, and pre-shipment inspection is available, including function testing and photographic reporting. Third-party inspection by your nominated agency is welcome at the factory.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Terms are quoted per order and depend on volume and destination. FOB and CIF are both used; documentation is prepared for the destination market. Ask for the terms in writing with the quotation.
